No. This is an educational retreat led by licensed therapists, but it is not psychotherapy and does not create a therapist–client relationship.
If you’d like individual or couples therapy, you can schedule that through our private practice.

You’ll enjoy guided ballroom-inspired activities designed to strengthen teamwork, communication, emotional attunement, and intimacy.
Ballroom-inspired attire or smart casual.
Think elegant, classy, comfortable, whatever helps you feel confident and ready to move. Couples are welcome to dress up for the theme, but it’s not required. Bring ballroom dancing shoes. Semi-casual, think corporate work attire.
We do not offer on-site childcare.
However, this retreat was created specifically with parents in mind—a focused 11 AM to 4 PM schedule that allows you to arrange a sitter, attend the retreat, and still enjoy your Valentine’s evening.

Tickets are non-refundable, but you may transfer your spot to another couple at no cost.
