For individual therapy, she integrates Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy with a focus on Emotionally Focused Therapy and Attachment Disorders, addressing the intricate patterns shaped by our formative environments.
Bridgette’s extensive experience spans anxiety, depression, complex trauma, panic disorders, premarital counseling, and marriage and family therapy. Her educational background includes a degree in Sociology from Michigan State University and a Master of Science in Counseling with a specialization in Marriage, Couple, and Family Therapy from Walden University, graduating with high honors. She is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Psychology with a focus on Social Psychology from Liberty University.
