GOOD FAITH ESTIMATE

Under the No Surprises Act, you are entitled to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” of what the charges could be for the services provided to you. It is not possible for a therapist to know, in advance, how many sessions may be necessary or appropriate for a given person upon the initiation of therapy. Your total cost of services will depend upon the number of sessions you attend, your individual circumstances, and the type and amount of services that are provided to you. This estimate is not a contract and does not obligate you to obtain any services listed, nor does it include any services rendered to you that are not identified here. 

Cancellation Policy:
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice via call, text, or our client portal if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Missed appointments or cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may result in the full session fee being charged to the card on file.FAQ
